Gaia is a creative designer and serial entrepreneur most recently known for co-founding Hilos, a 3D printed footwear brand focused on design, circularity, and comfort. During her time at Hilos, she touched many facets of the business including product design and creation, sustainability, branding, marketing, and office space curation.

Before Hilos, Gaia worked at Hybrid Apparel, exclusively designing toddler fashion lines for Target while side hustling her upcycled apparel business, Holo. Taking inspiration from her senior thesis collection, Holo was an experimental ode to the next generation of textile design.  Interchanging holographic images hand stitched to vintage jackets and shirts, these eye catching pieces are one of a kind, made to order, and the seed that led to Gaia’s springing interest in sustainable fashion.

Gaia’s journey has been punctuated by diverse experiences, from embellishment design at St. John Knits, sportswear at BCBG Max Azria, and textile design at St. Roche. Amidst her myriad accomplishments, Gaia remains rooted in her belief in the power of collaboration and community. This ethos finds expression in her latest venture, Kinship - a co-working and maker space studio tailored for fashion creatives. Within the walls of Kinship, designers converge, ideas flourish, and creativity knows no bounds, fostering a sense of kinship and camaraderie that fuels innovation and collaboration.
